The testing and inspection of fire alarm systems within all works spaces and almost all dwellings is and has been mandatory for a number of years meaning failure to do so can lead to imprisonment.

Being the first point of call for our clients, this requirement has led us to develop a range of fire alarm service contracts well suited to clients within the following sectors:

Fire & Security Maintenance Contracts

Whether you have a new fire alarm installation that is currently out of contract or have now inherited an older fire alarm system, the law and BS:5839 requires that all such systems must be subject to a regular regime of testing, inspection and certification by competent third parties.

We offer bespoke fire alarm service contracts that can and do include a wide range of other related services. All of which would be completed in full accordance with the appropriate British Standard and Manufacturers’ operating instructions.

Why MM Electrical?

How often your fire alarm system requires a formal third party inspection can be very subjective. This judgement is based on a number of criteria such as; the environment in which the fire alarm system is installed, the systems current status and whether there is a protection of life (to name but a few).
